EVR Products and the Services They Provide

EVR Products is a manufacturer of rubber-based products. They produce both standard and customized products for a variety of applications and industries. The company’s products are used in automotive parts, construction, and other industries. To learn more about EVR Products and the services that they provide, read on.

Expansion joints

Expansion joints are designed to allow movement in axial, lateral, and angular directions. They can be made of metal or non-metallic materials. Non-metallic expansion joints are generally made of a single ply of rubberized material, or they can be a composite of multiple layers of heat-resistant, flexible material. Typical layers of expansion joints include an outer cover, corrosion-resistant material, and an inside layer.

EVR offers four types of expansion joints. The EVR TJ-95 expansion joint offers a remarkable degree of flexibility and is designed for use in systems with Teflon or glass-lined piping. However, these expansion joints are not designed for weight bearing applications and should only be used when the piping is not fully supported. Abnormal temperature and pressure changes can cause excessive movement in pipes. Also, improper anchoring and guiding can result in movement.

Pinch valves

Pinch valves can be used for a variety of applications. They have a single or double sleeve design that is easily accessible. They can be fitted with position sensors and actuators for ease of use. Additionally, some are designed to operate with as little as 60 PSIG actuator pressure.

Pinch valves come in various styles and can control the flow of abrasive and viscous materials. EVR Products produces a range of standard and customized pinch valves that are suitable for many industries.

Duct connectors

EVR’s duct connectors are designed to provide a strong and flexible connection. Available in multiple materials, they are highly durable and easy to install. Designed for direct installation in HVAC ducting, their products include a duct elbow, a male-to-female coupling, and a duct tee.

Pressure sensors

Pressure sensors are used in an array of applications, from monitoring pressure to monitoring brain functions. However, they can be prone to errors because of temperature variations, and they must be selected carefully. This Read Full Report means determining the maximum and minimum operating temperatures of the application and compensating for these variations. Even a slight temperature change can significantly change the accuracy of a pressure sensor.

A common use of pressure sensors is to monitor the pressure in a vapor containment space. The TS-VPS vapor pressure sensor monitors the pressure in a vapor containment room and tests for overpressure and leakage conditions. It also includes options for local and remote notification. This pressure sensor is designed to function with a single dispenser EVR system and can be configured to provide local or remote notifications.
